It’s in the oven..someone said easy peasy..not so..lots of work..next time I try in a smaller pan..when in broiler started to split apart..I pulled the foil up to keep it together..we will see..

Minorly modified to make it more keto, I didn’t put crackers and milk, just a big handful of almond meal. Did use bought tomato ketchup but not real sugar ( used Natvia and about a third less than in recipe )

Best meatloaf ever! I served it to guests and the man had 4 slices. I will continue to use this recipe.

Great taste and texture. I will omit the thyme on the next go around as I find it overwhelming and perhaps a little bit less milk (maybe a quarter cup instead of a third)

It’s in the oven now. Smells delish! I had to modify down because I only had 1 pound of the pre-mix ‘meatloaf’ (ground veal, pork, beef). So I eyeballed the rest of the ingredients and used bread crumbs instead of saltines. I also added a little balsamic glaze in the sauce recipe.

My new meatloaf. I made the glaze with a little less brown sugar because we a like vinegar zing a lot. It really was delicious! Used venison, added Asian sweet chili sauce the 2nd time I made the sauce and won't change it - great zingy sauce!
