- nonstick cooking spray
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (for vegetables)
- 1/2 cup red onion (small diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 Tbsp. tamari
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 2 carrots (shredded)
- 1/4 lb. snap peas (sliced thin, lengthwise)
- 1/4 cup water
- 10 rice paper wrappers
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (for rolls)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a large saute pan over medium heat and add the onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes. Add the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
