Did not soak beans. Cooked sausage and onions in pot prior to adding beans. Came out well but had to double water. Cooked without lid; will try with lid next time.

It was ok. I prefer to use dry beans. Soaked them overnight prior to cooking. My cooking temp could have been too low but 2 hours isnt long enough. Nice recipe though.
