Very good recipe. Very similar to the the one i've used for years. I did add 3 to 4 tablespoons of minced onion to it and air fried the patties at 400 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes turning half way through.

Great. It’s nearly identical to the recipe my parents used. They didn’t have a written recipe, but I watched both of them make it. I saved this recipe because I’d always forget something. With my father passed and my mother suffering with dementia, I needed a place to go to when proportions or ingredients slip my mind.

Delicious! Just like Mom used to make. Added a couple more saltines to dry out mixture a little and let the mixture rest in fridge for an hour to firm it up for patty-caking. 😉
