These were good. Thought they lacked lemon flavor so sprinkled lemon juice on top while they were cooking. Will make again.

This is a great recipe. I add a little basil and Greek seasoning to it. Great tasting Greek potatoes!

Takes much longer to cook would not make them again

Delicious! I made them ahead of time then heated them up in a skillet. Will definitely make them again and again!

I attempted a different recipe for Greek (lemony) potatoes and they were all stuck to the pan and it was quite the disaster. This recipe was straightforward and it worked really well! 350 at 1hr still resulted in uncooked potatoes, so I had to turn up the temperature to 375 and baked another 30 minutes. Next time, I will bake at either 375 or 400 and hopefully it will cook faster. A delicious, easy side dish.

So delicious, in the end I wanted them a with a little more crunch so I took the foil off and moved my oven rack down one and broiled on low for about 5 min, watching them whole time of course and I made some Tzatziki it was so delicious that I end up sitting alone at he table to eat the rest of it….lol

We made it in casserole dish and did it on bbq. Took half the time to cook and was delicious. Have made twice now and will make again!

Great and sooo tasty. The only tweak I’d make is to increase the temp to 375 instead of 350 for quicker cook time

Absolutely delicious! Used 1 cup of chicken broth instead of water and more garlic. Baked at 375 for 1 hour and removed cover half way through baking. These Greek Potatoes were loved by all!!😋

I followed the suggestion of 30-35 minutes covered. Removed the foil for another 30-35 minutes. I did cut my potatoes in smaller chunks and placed them under the broiler. I also didn't use as much water; just a cup and a ton more lemon and garlic. Definitely having these again; plus a hit with my princess who is 11.

They were great ... I enjoyed them very much.

Good flavour. Took a lot longer to cook. I mashed them when they were done and poured about half of the juice on them. Will make this again.

They came out great! Excellent Flavor! Authentic taste. Altered the cooking times a bit, I cooked them covered for 45 minutes and uncovered for 15. If I had known it was this easy to make Greek Potatoes, I would have started making them years ago.
