- 3 tsp. matcha green tea powder
- 3 drops green tea (paste, optional)
- 80 grams egg white (I use aged leftover egg whites)
- Less than 1/16 tsp. meringue powder (skip it if you don't purchase it)
- 65 grams caster sugar
- 140 grams icing sugar
- 80 grams almond flour
- 2 tsp. matcha green tea powder
- 1/4 tsp. matcha (/ green tea paste, optionally you can replace with green color gel, optional)
