Great flavor. Unfortunately I didn’t have the time to marinate nor had a grill. I opted for placing the chicken and marinate in a pan, covered on medium high until cooked. I then place the chicken in a hot cast iron pan to seal in the flavor and give the chicken a little crisp - everything was delicious.

This dish was so good! I served it on top of black beans to make a meal of it. Will be making this a lot
