- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (or 1/4 tsp. if you prefer less spice)

- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (freshly-squeezed, from about 1/2 small lemon)
- 1 lb. shrimp (peeled and deveined, use jumbo, 15-18 count shrimp to cook directly on the grill without skewers; if using smaller shrimp, skewer then cook for less time)

YUMMMMMMM!!! I made my own Italian seasoning using Marjoram, thyme, rosemary, and parsley, then mixed the rest of the ingredients with a spicy tomato pesto and marinated the shrimp overnight. I made this for an Italian meal - EVERY shrimp was eaten. DEF making this again.
