Great. It was really good and me and the whole family loved it! The only thing I would recommend is using 3 Tablespoons of the spice instead of 2.

great, my family enjoyed it and I will make it again! I didn't have ground beef at the moment so I used spanish Chorizo instead! The results were great and delicious!

Ended up putting in a little soy sauce at the table. Tasty but needed a little lift.

Really good! I used Cajun seasoning instead of creole seasoning I used 4 cups of rice and it was still too much I will try 3 cups next time

I added more beef. I also needed to make do with an improvised creole seasoning mix of an assortment of spices. My family had second and third helpings.

Awesome! We only used one cup of rice, half lb of ground beef, one tablespoon of creole seasoning, one tablespoon of parsley. It was very tasty.

My 12yr old son/chef added a couple Tbsps of brown sugar and a Tbsp of ketchup (I was skeptical) but it took this recipe to the next level. It was the perfect balance of spicy and sweet.

I enjoyed the dish really easy to make

I really enjoyed the flavor. I took the advice of a person who said it was a little spicy and only added 1 TBSP of creole seasoning. Perfect. My husband who likes things a little spicer was able to add some kick to his.

Very good . A little spicy but I can cut back the creole next time . Used pepperoni instead of bell

I agree with this person ↓ . A bit runny though.

We altered the recipe by adding carrots, doubled the amount of other vegetables, cut the rice down to three cups, and added 4 TBSP of Creole seasoning. It was delicious!

It's good enough to eat. I didn't have all the right ingredients. So, I adapted. As I was serving for two I decreased quantities.

It's missing some flavor-maybe not enough salt? Still really good though!

I'm surprised! I miss dirty rice from NC and these flavors are spot on. I did change it up for dietary requirements.... subbed 4 cups 1/2&1/2 short grain brown and couscous cooked in my rice cooker. Perfect! Doesnt even change the taste... I will definately make agsin and often!
