The mix did not stick to the skewers. I ended up just frying up everything and serving it over rice with some yogurt. It was also pretty dry. Maybe not a good use of ground bison? I did like the spice combination.

AMAZING! The lemon juice helps tenderize the meat and the spice blend with powders with added fresh garlic and ginger is perfect.
