Loved it! I'm giving just 4 stars because I used a third as much coconut milk and three times the ground beef. And 10 minutes was a bit too long to cook the veggies as the sweet potatoes wanted to burn. But rhe flavors are fantastic! Try it, you'll like it!

I loved it! Cooked it with half package of egg noodles to make a casserole. It was very yummy.

didn't follow exactly but it was a good idea for what we ended up making

Two stars for the flavor profile. However, know that the proportions in this dish as presented are very "off" and it's obvious that the author didn't actually cook using these, nor was the photo styled using this recipe. For example, what happened to those quartered onions? Cut the coconut milk in half and use at least 1 lb of hamburger if you want anything even vaguely resembling what's in the photo. And the spices are not enough for two cans of coconut milk, so if you're stretching the meal and still using two, increase those across the board by 50%, except for the salt and cayenne pepper. If you use the onion, slice it don't quarter it, quartering is only done if you remove the onions before serving and while you can do that, it takes the component out of the dish with most of it's nutrients and bulk. If you're cooking something last minute for supper then put the spices in while the meat is sauteeing if you want the meat to be flavorful and not just there in the dish taking up space, not with the vegetables. Next time I will actually put the spices into the raw meat a day before to help boost the flavors.

I was looking for a healthy dish and came across this one. I made no changes and it turned out fantastic. Aroma is incredible and the taste just the right amount of spice. Very flavourful!

This dish is so full of flavor! My family loved it including my son-in-law who does not like anything with curry. Simple to make. This is going into the rotation of delicious meals!
