Really good with modifications! I doubled the meat and salsa. added can of corn and few cups of cooked white rice before baking. Everyone loved it!

This was pretty good. It does have a bit of a kick to it, so if you don't like heat I'd cut back on the cumin and/or chili powder. There is quite a bit of prep involved cutting up vegetables so I would say it takes more time than listed.

Delicious! It has a tendency to turn out greasy, so be sure to drain your beef well.
