- 1 yellow onion (diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (28 oz. per can)
- 1 can tomato sauce (14 oz .per can)
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 Tbsp. marjoram (or oregano)
- 1 cup white rice (uncooked)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions
- In a large Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced onion and ground pork. Cook for approximately 3-5 minutes.
- Add in the minced garlic, paprika, marjoram, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
