- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 4 tsp. chili garlic sauce
- 1 roll ground pork
- grated ginger
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/3 cup green onions (chopped)
- white rice

Directions
- Cube tofu.
- Simmer in salt water for 3 minutes.
- Combine broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili garlic paste, and stir to make broth.

Great flavor! Easy recipe! Start the rice first so it's finished at the same time!
The tofu took a lot longer to cook. Maybe cook the tofu separately next time, and put it in the pork mix after both cooked thoroughly? I just don't know if that would gather the same flavors from the garlic and ginger when cooking it all together? I just personally don't like my pork to be overcooked and I don't like when the tofu is mashed down because of stirring it with the pork mix. The tofu cubes didn't really stay together. Who cares, really, because it tastes and smells great!
I substituted Hoisin sauce for the "Oyster sauce" and it was fantastic!
