- 5 green onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp. ginger paste

- 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)

Directions
- Prepare the pasta according to the package.
- In a skillet over medium high heat, heat the sesame oil.
- Add the garlic cloves and stir for 30 seconds to 1 minute then add ground pork.

this was great but I'm going to double everything but the noodles for more balance

This was so good. I used Japanese Udon noodles and doubled the sauce. I also added some broccoli.

I made it, and I'm going to make it again. However, the next time, I'll increase the pork and cabbage and decrease the pasta. This was way too starch-heavy. It tasted great.

Yummy and easy to make! I swapped the hoisin sauce for oyster sauce since that’s what I had. Next time, I’ll remember to grab hoisin sauce and try it as the recipe as written to see if it was just as good.
