- 2 packets taco seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 bags tortilla chips (large bags)
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
- 1 jar pickled jalapeños
- 2 cups green onions (sliced thin)
- 1 cup cilantro (chopped)

Directions
- In a saucepan, brown the ground pork. Strain to remove any extra fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and water, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Layer the tortilla chips with seasoned pork, cheese, jalapeños, and green onions. Place in a 375°F oven to melt the cheese.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.
