Turned out great but not something I will probably redo. I did not use as much liquid in terms of tomato sauce or beef stock (which I used instead) as I like my pasta more on the thicker side. I also subbed half and half for some Greek yogurt (to get more protein) but this is more like a sour cream taste than half and half, so I cut some of that sourness by diluting with water and adding a bit of sugar. But overall it was yummy even with all the tweaks.
