I have shared this recipe with friends more than any other. It’s quick, easy, and probably the closest to the way it tastes at Altu’s Ethiopian restaurant in East Lansing, which I know is authentic. I do add more berbere to taste. This is one of the most rewarding dishes for the minimal time it takes to create.
