- 1/4 cup light soy sauce (I like Kikkoman)
- 1 white sugar (rounded TB)
- 2 Tbsp. seasoning (Furikake rice, I use Seto Fumi)
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes (depending on your heat preference)
- 1 tsp. ginger (freshly grated)
- 1 wedge fresh lime (no bottles!)
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup scallion (chopped)
- 1/2 avocado (a semi-firm, cubed)
- chopped cilantro (Freshly, for garnish, optional)
- nori sheets (Optional, if making hand rolls)

Very tasty. Will make it again. I placed other goodies like sliced cabbage, half cherry tomatoes, grated carrot , chopped spring onion, avocado in separate dishes and everyone just made their own poke bowl.

Delicious! Added sesame oil and whole avocado, red onion, and served over rice and romaine to make a dinner out of it. Instead of furikake I used sesame seeds, nigella seeds, and nanami togarashi (Japanese pepper 7 spices). So fast and easy, and Husband asking when we were eating it again, great!
