While it had a good flavor, it was very soupy. I left it in the oven a bit longer than 40 minutes and most of the liquid from the diced tomatoes and milk evaporated/got soaked up, but there was still a decent amount leftover. I wasn’t sure how to serve this, either. I used a slotted spoon and sort of cut it into pieces and put it in a pasta bowl. I may try this again but it was not what I was expecting.

I guess I’m really confused, since the pasta is the highest calorie thing in this recipe, how is it giving a calories count without giving an amount of pasta to use in the recipe?
