Salt should be eliminated as there is enough in the aminos. Adding honey would balance out taste; 1/4 tsp pepper flakes in each sauce & meatballs keeps it from being too spicy. Would like to think of other liquid to use to cut down on amount of aminos needed

Tasted great! Add 2 Tablespoons of almond flour/meal for binder, or 1 egg to Lee the meat balls from falling apart.

Ooof. Not great. There isn't any binding agent in the meatballs, so they fall apart. They don't taste that great either. The sauce was the only redeeming quality of this recipe, and my husband didn't care for it. I won't be making this again.
