It’s OK. If you’re expecting an Alfredo flavor-this is NOT it. I don’t think it needs Greek yogurt so I would really skip that, it makes the dish too tangy in my opinion. I don’t think I’ll make again but glad I tried it.

Super delicious! Would definitely add more tomato and spinach next time but other than that it was super tasty and super easy to make!

Awesome dish! I did not have sun dried tomatoes and substituted with grape tomatoes. I can’t wait to use the sun dried tomatoes next time, but this is definitely a delicious meal and will be doing again!

I made the skillet version exactly as described using grape tomatoes instead of sun dried tomatoes it was very good. I did cut back on the chicken broth a bit as suggested when using fresh tomato and I don’t think you need to cut back. I’ll make this again and it really is the kind of recipe you can improvise on so season up and add veggies and it will be fine. I think mushrooms included will be really good too

Very good and filling was a bit difficult to flip back and forth between recipe and ingredients, but turned out very good I did add a pinch of crushed red pepper

I made a RIDICULOUS amount of changes to this recipe lol but it came out amazing. I used Italian chicken sausage instead of chicken, I added in heavy cream, salt, pepper and cajun seasoning, I subbed out half of the cottage cheese for ricotta. *chefs kiss*
