- 3 packets dry active yeast (1/4 ounce each)
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour (whole grain)
- 1/2 cup barley flour (whole grain)
- 1 cup whole grain rye flour
- 5 cups whole wheat flour
- 4 grams salt
- canola oil spray (as needed)
- 1 cup ground flax seeds (grind them in a coffee grinder, or buy milled flax seeds)
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- 3/4 cup rolled oats (whole)
- 1/2 cup wheat bran
- 2 vitamin c (crushed 500 mg, supplements, any store brand)
- 1 Tbsp. lecithin (can be found in a natural foods store)
- 1 tsp. pectin (can be found in a natural foods store)
