Description
Looking for an easy appetizer? These warm seasoned olives take only a few minutes to make and always hit the spot. You can serve them on their own with drinks, set them out as part of a party spread, or serve them with a charcuterie board. And yes, they keep well if you want to make them ahead. The recipe, which makes 2 cups, is a Yummly original created by Sher Castellano.

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350˚F with a rack set in the center.
- Combine olives, olive oil, 1 tsp. orange zest, the rosemary, fennel seeds, and pepper in a small bowl. Pour mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish.
- Roast olives until they’re sizzling, 13-15 minutes.
- Set aside a pinch of the remaining 1 tsp. orange zest for garnish. Sprinkle remaining orange zest and the parsley over olives and lightly toss to coat.
- Spoon olives into a serving bowl and sprinkle with reserve orange zest and a few rosemary leaves. Serve warm or at room temperature. If making ahead, chill airtight up to 3 days.
