- 1 cup onions (diced, about half of a large onion)
- 1 cup celery (diced, about 3 stalks)
- 1 cup green bell peppers
- red bell pepper
- 1 cooked chicken breast (or cooked chicken thighs shredded)
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1 tsp. black pepper
