- lemon zest (I used most of the zest from my lemon…maybe not quite a tablespoon?)

Tasted great! Apparently I am not great at making a glaze becuse it was very runny but still added a good flavor to the pork.

We used the grill to brown the chips which added a nice smoky flavor. This was pretty quick and very easy to make paired it with the green beans and red peppers recipe. Yum!!

Best pork chops I’ve ever made. Instead of just thawing them out and using the glaze, I marinated the chops for two days. Then added the glaze. They were very tasty and came out great. Will make again.

Delicious! I had to cook the chops a little longer, but I think that was due to their thickness. Overall great flavors

I may have done something wrong, but I felt i followed the recipe, but it was not a hit with our family. Not sure if was the combination of honey and lemon on pork, or what it was.

The lemon glaze really didn't come together for me. I couldn't get the right consistency for a good glaze.
