- 1/2 cup pico de gallo (recipe below)

- hot sauce (if desired, optional)

- 1 cup tomatoes (chopped ripe)
- 1 cup cilantro leaves (loose)
- 1 jalapeño (small, minced, seeds and white membrane removed)
