Yum! With a thin layer of hummus, it was great. I added some garlic but that was the only change.

It wasn’t bad. The term “crusted” implies that the hummus gets crispy. It doesn’t though. Probably won’t make again, but it wasn’t bad to try.

Liked by the whole family for a pleasant change! Served it with lentils. The hummus was not as “crusted” as I expected and the quantity was a lot so next time I wouldn’t use quite as much as recommended.

This dish was a total hit! I brined the chicken breasts beforehand for 25 minutes (4 cups water, 4 tablespoon salt, 4 teaspoons brown sugar, 1 heap of minced garlic) before puttin it in the oven. I put a very thin layer of hummus or else it doesn't get crispy. I cooked it for 30 minutes in the oven and it turned out very moist. Will definitely make this again. Thank u!

This recipe was a hit! Hummus is now a desired food in my household. The chicken was moist and the flavor was amazing. I used roasted red pepper hummus.
