Made this as a quick night dinner and could only let it marinade for a couple hours but the flavors were all still there and definitely complemented the pork. Will be making again and let the marinade sit longer

These were really good. I marinated for about 5-6 hours and the results were very tender meat from the grill; I was very impressed as I find this hard to accomplish with pork chops. Also had great flavor. This makes a HUGE batch of marinade; I'm sure you could throw in way more meat than called for and it be plenty.
