- 12 oz. Impossible™ Burger
- 1 onion (sliced thin)
- 1 cup cola
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 slices plant-based cheese (Follow Your Heart brand, American-style cheese)
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 6 slices rye bread
- dill pickle slices (as needed)

Directions
- Prepare the Impossible™ Burger: Form 4 oz burger patties and keep refrigerated.
- Time for cola-caramelized onions: Place sliced onions in a pot. Cover onions about 90% with cola and add salt. Place over medium heat and reduce until cola is completely reduced and evaporated. Be careful not to burn.
- It's the cheeze whiz: Combine cheese and water in a sauce pan. Heat slowly and whisk until well incorporated.
