This was okay. It's more like chicken and dumplings, but without enough soup. To me, this is not a pot pie. It wasn't bad, but it's not what I was hoping for.

This is in my winter rotation. A few minutes before I take out the pot pie, I brush olive oil Mixed with salt garlic and pepper!!

I went a little heavy with the chicken and veg, but it was delicious and super easy, and my kids loved it (even the picky one). I'll definitely be making it again.

Very good and easy. Would make again

Actually very good. I decided to use the double crust. From past experience, I remembered, an important modification. Because the pot pie's soup/veggie/chicken mixture was soupy; I'd need to pre-bake the bottom crust for 5 minutes. Funally, I'd be adding the mixture and top crust. This would ensure the bottom crust would bake perfectly, once everything was put together. It did and all was successful.

Every easy and tasty - the whole family loved this. Used about 1-1.5 cups shredded rotisserie chicken.

Loved the recipe!! It was so good and creamy and delicious and moist. I used left over chicken from a previous meal and some corn meal instead. Kids loved it and it was easy to make

I'd make it again but maybe with an extra can of soup in it to make it more saucy
