I like it with beef onion soup mix

Yummly User 8 months ago
Not bad but I made some substitutions. I added in mushrooms and one chopped onion, but after I browned the beef, also added in 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce ( if I make again I’d do 2). Also mix in half and half with sour cream and cream cheese as sauce was dry.
Overall pretty good

Excellent! I added some chopped onion when browning ground beef and used non fat plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and reduced fat cream cheese definitely will make again. It makes enough for a small army so I shared with my elderly neighbor who lives by herself

This was delicious!! Will be making again.

Excellent. Seasoned ground beef from sirloin with some Italian seasoning and about 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce, used elbow noodles. Followed the rest of the recipe exact. Tweaked it to make it my own but the recipe as is was delicious. Second time we have made it and it’s always a hit. Thanks for the recipe!

Yum and super easy to make!

So EASY!! And really tasty. I didn’t have beef broth but had vegetable broth - substituted it and it worked! Highly recommend.

It always turns out amazingly well! It is a family fave for sure!

It turned out fantastic. I actually didnt have an electric pressure cooker yet. So I debated to use the slow cooker. I’m very glad a decided to go out and buy an Instant Pot. I had 2 lbs of ground beef so i doubled the rest of the recipe and added Worchestershire sauce to it. It was the best stroganoff I’ve made!

Very easy and good. It would also be good with some added mushrooms. Thanks for sharing!

Even my 6 year-old ate it.

Very good. Made a double batch. Even my picky son liked it.

So good! Used nonfat Greek yogurt in place of sour cream.

Tasted great and popular with the kids. Easy cleanup.

I used 8 oz of Cream cheese instead of 6 ounces. I also doubled the sour cream.
I have to say it’s rather good. I think I would cook it for 10 minutes rather than 8 minutes next time.

This was delicious! And my husband who is super picky, loved it. Super simple and came together very quickly

Good. Used sirloin strips and a little corn starch slurry to thicken.

I took added all the suggestions people recommended in the reviews (onion, mushrooms, red wine, Worcestershire sauce, extra sour cream). It was the first time using my instant pot. Came out delicious! Thanks for all the reviews and suggestions! Now I'm addicted to instant pot recipes!

I followed the recipe exactly. It doesn't taste bad but it doesn't taste great. There is not a lot of flavour in there. Will probably not make again.

great just the way it was, I would consider adding extra ground beef. Very easy!

Very good and easy. I don’t have an I instapot, so I boiled the macaroni 1/2 way and added it to my big pot to finish cooking. Delicious

Family absolutely loved it!

Good and easy but I added Worcester sauce for some kick. Mom always added and I do the same.

This was fantastic! I added about a cup of quartered baby Bella mushrooms when I added the noodles and broth, added diced onions when I browned the hamburger and increased the sour cream to 3oz for extra tang. This will definitely be a regular meal at our house!

Turned out awesome! My hubby loved it, too!

My family absolutely loved it! I switched the ground beef for stew meat and then browned it in worscheshire sauce. It was wonderful.

This was fantastic - with only a few changes ; ). When browning my ground beef I added a chopped Vidalia onion along with two tablespoons of minced garlic. I used 8 oz. of Cream Cheese and 4 oz. of Sour Cream. Additionally, I used two Knorr Beef Broth Tubs with a little more than 32 oz. of water (approx. 40 oz.). I loved it, hubby loved it, and the left overs were even better! Thanks so much for a winning recipe!
