Turned out really good. Would add a bit of flour or tomatoe paste to make the broth a bit thicker but was good.

Very good and easy to make. Next time I am thinking of adding in black beans

It was good and very easy. It was an hour start to finish bc the Pot needed to heat up and pressurize. But if you use your pot regularly, then you know you have add that time in to your total cook time.
I also added some corn starch and Velveeta to thicken the broth, because that’s how my family likes soup...a little closer to “stew” than soup. About 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and about an ounce and a half of Velveeta after the soup was cooked, the steam was released, and the chicken had been shredded. I kept it on keep warm, put the lid back on and sealed the lid. Took about another 5-7 minutes to melt the Velveeta. Served with a little sour cream, cheese, and tortilla chips.
I tried it before I made my additions, and if you like true soup...it was awesome that way too.

It's really good. It just needed a little salt

Soup was really great! if you wanna add a little something to it, try red kidney beans and a can of hominy right at the end. the hominy gives it a nice touch.
I used two packs of mccormick taco seasoning and 4 cups of chicken broth. it turned out awesome.

This soup recipe was easy with the Instant Pot. The chicken came out tender and was very easy to shred. The taste of the soup was great, I will definitely make it again!
