Turned out well! I added probably a shot glass worth of lemon juice before pressure cooking. Also threw in about a tablespoon of minced garlic instead of using powder. It’s not overpowering; since I didn’t use the powder I can’t offer a comparison.
Put it on top of a mixture of mashed potatoes and corn and you have a pretty good dish!
