- 2 cups Quaker Oats Old Fashioned Oats
- 2 cups skim milk (choice, almond, soy, cow, etc.)
- 3 cups water
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- blueberries
- bananas

Directions
- Add the oats, water and cinnamon to the pot of an Instant Pot or electric pressure cooker. Close the lid and seal the value.
- Cook on manual high pressure for 3 minutes. Once the cook time ends, allow the pressure to natural release for 20 minutes. Carefully turn the release valve after 20 minutes to release any remaining pressure from the pot.
- Stir oatmeal and serve with toppings of your choice.
- Refrigerate oatmeal for up to five days.

Nothing special but uses the same 1 cup to 1+1/2 cup ratio that rice uses which is convenient. My pressure cooker had this from pot to plate in around 5 minutes so it takes a little longer than toast but a much better breakfast
