Great flavor but the meat came out a bit overdone, I would recommend reducing cook time by at leat 10 minutes, also pressure cooking the vegetables for 5 minutes is not enough, they need to be in at least 15 minutes

My husband and I both loved this meal. He said it was a restaurant quality meal, which is high praise. I followed the recipe as written except I added an extra potato and omitted the last 1/4 C of butter. There was enough butter and fat (from the meat) already in the pot, so I didn’t feel like the extra butter was needed—and the gravy was delicious. This recipe is definitely a keeper.
