Easy to prepare and delicious. I used chicken bone broth and after defatting it will use it for pork based soup.

Divided a 10 lb. shoulder roast in two and followed the directions. I used 1.25 cups of pork juice from a previous roast for each 5 lb. portion. l also added liquid smoke. This will be my "Go To" recipe for pulled pork. I strained and froze the excess juice for cooking the next shoulder/butt.

Tweaked the spices a little because I wanted the taste of Mexican Carnitas. Great recipe and cooked to perfection!!
