It was good, next time I will use 1 cup of rice

Good recipe. Needs a hint of sweetness next time and it will be great.

Absolutely wonderful. Are used Swiss cheese instead of cheddar but that’s a personal preference. It’s very delicious and just like they say I prepared this meal in no time at all.👍👍👍

We loved this. It has great flavor. Just like stuffed peppers but waaaayyyy easier

Great! I used red bell peppers, chicken broth, and microwave rice because that what we had on hand. Still turned out great

It was great! No leftovers!

A little watery, will not cut the recipe in half next time and see. Very tasty though, was a hit

So delicious. Family ate it up and had leftovers the next day. Used yellow, orange, and red peppers and doubled the Worcestershire. Yum for sure.

I’ve made this dozens of times! It’s great. I use marinara sauce instead of tomato sauce because it adds a lot of flavor.

My entire family loved this meal. It was plenty to have leftovers.

Really Good! I modified by adding in some garlic herb seasoning & some yellow peppers as well

Used half ground beef and half mild Italian sausage. Husband just had his second helping...I’d say it’s a hit ⭐️

Not the flavor I expected, but still good, just a bit plain. I added jalepenos as well and I would actually add more rice (or quinoa) and another bell pepper

we added a green pepper and a red pepper. it was so good

I used two green bell peppers, half a pound of ground beef and half a pound of ground Italian sausage, also substituted the tomatoe sauce for mild salsa and added 1 cup of rice and 1 cup of broth, it was great! Quick, super easy and we're adding it to our winter time meal rotation for sure!

i used two peppers but followed the rest of the recipe exactly. it's a nice, low sodium, low calorie dish. very satisfying!

Yummly User 4 years ago
I used two peppers in the recipe and that seemed about right. I felt like it was missing something as far as the seasoning went, but it was still tasty. I will make it again and experiment a little bit.

smelled amazingly delicious!! but we never got to try it cause no matter how much liquid I added it kept giving me the burn notice...really bummed but probably wont ever try again...as I have anxiety issues in the kitchen & this sent me into a full on panic attack!😔😔

very good and very easy

Yummly User 4 years ago
this was perfect, even my picky eater loved it! will def make again!

Yummly User 4 years ago
I made this with sprouted brown rice (22 min regular cook time), so I did 10min on high preassure and 7 minutes natural release. turned out purfect. used two small peppers and 1 lb beef

Yummly User 4 years ago
Tasted really good, however the next time we make it with at least two peppers.

Yummly User 4 years ago
Yummmmmm! Would make again, I added a little more broth because i didn’t want the pot to burn. Worked out great!

Yummly User 4 years ago
I would recommend adding a bit more spice but super yummy and easy!
