- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 head cauliflower (cut into florets, about 5-6 cups cauliflower pieces)
- 4 cups bone broth (chicken, may use less for a thicker consistency)
- 4 oz. cream cheese (for dairy free, use a dairy free cream cheese of choice)
- 1 cup extra sharp white cheddar (shredded, may add more if you like)
- 4 cups navy beans (drained, not paleo or keto)
