Awesome I used collard greens for us southern Irish.

The potatoes turned out well. I would use a little less kale personally next time. The key is to make sure it is chopped very finely.

Fantastic day of, and day after!!! Kale much better than cabbage! We will replacing our tired garlic mashed potatoes at Thanksgiving. Thank you!
