I can't vouch for authenticity, but we think it's delicious. One of my go-to meals (with leftovers in our 2-person house) paired with the pita chips, some homemade hummus (The Lemon Bowl - Classic Hummus with Toasted Pine Nuts) and marinated chicken (Simply Recipes - Moroccan Spiced Grilled Chicken Breasts). For leftovers, we do a rice bowl with the chicken, salad and hummus, usually with extra dressing from the salad and tzatziki. I've made this many times, and we love it.

For starters this is a Palestinian, dish not an Israeili dish. Second, the parsley and cucumbers should both be much more finely chopped, and the servings are inaccurate.
