I’ll let you know when we cut it, but it is beautiful and the recipe was simple. Only modification I made was using regular flour and honey instead of sugar.
Update: the bread was very good, but not great. Today, I’m making it again using Bread flour, a little brown sugar and a touch more salt. The other problem I had was taking it out too soon. It was just slightly dense on the bottom! Maybe 2nd time is a charm?

Nice and easy... I added some dried basil flour mix and it brought out a very nice flavor compliment. I also used Turbinado raw cane sugar instead,. I made 2 smaller loafs with this volume. I may try this as rolls in the future too.
