I substituted red peppers and this so delicious and low in calories. Try this with a side of kale or spinach. Really good.

Delicious. My diabetic dad thought it was great. if we mix in some hamburger we'll make a meal out of it but i like it with the rice as a veggie choice

Perfect! Loved it, it´s a new favorite! you can basically put anything inside, I added the leftover pepper "lids" :D

I didn't have parmesan cheese and didn't bother buying any for the 1 tbsp, it came out great. I don't like eating bell peppers but love the flavor it adds to a dish - I can just eat the inside and get a hint of the bell pepper!
