Very tasty! Will make again, once I buy more curry powder lol

Very yummy, easy to modify with what was in hand.

Made some modifications and turned out good. I think the amount of curry in the recipe is a bit too much. I reduced it. I am not sure how Jamaican curry is supposed to taste like but what Inmade by following these instructions taste good.

I am jamaican, there is a lot to critique about this dish. The first thing is the name. We do not call it chicken Curry. We call it curry chicken, so if you look for other recipes online and they call it something else then you know the recipe is not authentic. I give an A for effort.
.ingredients- Curry powder. Any jamaican curry will do, I love the flavor of Blue mountain curry. Make sure it says Jamaica or from Kingston.
pimento aka all spicy, salt, pepper. onion powder and garlic powder. you can use green and red pepper. never use jalapeño. Always use scotch bonnet pepper it has a flavors you can not get in any other pepper in the world. I repeat its the only pepper that gives this dish life 😋. scallion, thyme, bay leaves. some people add potatoes and other ingredients like jamaican boil dumpling yam green banana boiled but not needed. some may season the chicken with all-purpose or chiken bullion. for directions you can email me at chapter7vrs1@yahoo.com 😃

I followed the recipe to the letter it was overspiced and no real flavour balance. The sort of results I generally get when I make up a recipe from what I have available in the fridge.

I really enjoyed this. I used half the curry powder and added pepper sauce and a can of coconut milk. Next time, I’ll also add carrots or peas to get more veg in.

Really good. Made without balsamic vinegar and jalapeño pepper. Curry was a little strong for me; added 1/2 water as suggested. Tasted even better the next day. Definitely making again.

very good dish. tons of flavor

it was great and i added tbsp of cornstarch and no jalapeno

It was great!! A tad bit spicy but overall it was really good!! I think next round I’ll either leave the jalapeño out or do half jalapeño with no pepper only salt.

left out the jalapeno for my youngest's sensitive tongue but oldest added chili flakes. definitely quick and delicious. Added some baby brussel sprouts because my kids like them and they get some veggies in. Peas would work too!

great recipe plan on making it again and possibly adding my own little touches to it

Very tasty and easy to prepare. The next time I make this dish, I will add the peppers and onions closer toward the end of cooking. The peppers and onions nearly dissolved. The chicken and potatoes were very tender though.

Fantastic recipe, thanks for posting. Strong curry, but with the subtle flavors coming through. Balsamic and Greek yoghurt are great additions and “must-haves”.

Very freaking delicious!

It needed more salt, but it was still delicious

great simple recipe. delicious flavor. will add to my collection and definitely make again.

Very delicious. It was a quick and easy dish that was served over jasmine rice. We did leave out the balsamic vinegar (a bit much having two types of vinegar) and the Greek yogurt.

Great my family loves this , if they could eat it everyday they would

Mine turned out mushy and my kids wouldn’t eat bc it grosses them out

I didn’t have jalapeños so I just did the thyme and curry. It turned out delicious! I partnered it with a yummy coconut milk rice recipe that calmed down a bit of the spice. This is really good as a cold leftover as well.

Delicious! I got my very picky brother to eat it and he loved it!

It was great. I reduced the salt by half and still found it saltier than I like. Otherwise it was wonderful. I didn't change anything other than the salt.

It was great the only thing I changed was I added 1 can of coconut milk to make it creamier creative cooking
