- 1 bunch green onions (sliced)
- 1 bunch enoki mushrooms (optional)
- 3 cups crimini mushrooms (whole, sliced)
- 1 pkg. bean sprouts (optional)
- 20 snow peas (sliced diagonally but they are optional.)
