This turned out yummy! It was a little dry so i think it needs a cream sauce next time, but overall really good! Also, i used boneless skinless thighs instead of breasts

ok it was fun to creat and deliusoude to eat

Was really ok. I would never use breast in a taco, used thighs instead. Added fresh made blue tortilla instead of corn tortillas. Fortified "jerk" with Walkerswoods Jerk sauce. Not bad.
