Lemon is a perfect addition to traditional kale chip recipes.
I’m not sure what a “head” (or bunch) of kale is since I pluck the lower leafs throughout its seasons. I found 1T lemon juice + 1.5T olive oil + spices nicely coated 6-7 cups (about 1/4 pound) of trimmed and sectioned kale resulting in a deliciously crispy treat.

This was my first time making kale chips. They turned out perfectly. The chips were delicate, flavor-packed and ruffled morsels that melted in my mouth.

Turned out great! I had my overnight at 350 and flipped with a large spatula half way through. Adding Parmesan was a flavorful idea!

Chips turned put very crispy with a lovely crunch however be cautious how much salt and lemon juice used as one can easily overdo it as I did. Would've been super tasty with less salt and zest!

Kinda burnt them a little but great! So crispy doing a second batch 🤷♀️ maybe less burnt 😂
