All I can taste it’s just the eggs

Very disappointing. All I can taste is the baking soda, which tastes like soap. Ended up throwing it away.
Edit: USE BAKING POWDER, NOT BAKING SODA!! Made this again with that one substitution, at my mom’s suggestion, and it is completely delicious! (One star subtracted for the error in the recipe.)

Not sure what happened , but my bread came out half the pan size , will make ideal dipping bread for my soups

Really liked it, spread of butter & a cup of tea

Made in bread machine on regular setting with no change to recipe. Probably want to add some spice or flavor, but bread held together fine and chia added nice crunch. Curious as to whether adding yeast would yield a lighter loaf.

It turned out great! I used chia meal instead of chia seeds — because I have braces right now & was concerned about the hardware in my mouth. I will definitely be making this bread again. Only gave 4 stars due to a slight aftertaste. Which I think is the chia. It refrigerates well. Don’t worry it won’t last more than a week!

Made it before. Tastes great. I baked it longer than 30 minutes. 35 minutes at least.

Made this with our bread machine. True to its claim, this bread has less eggy taste than the usual bread I make for my husband. We’re adding this as another variety of keto bread to make in the future. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Really enjoyed this keto bread. I separated the egg whites first and beat it until stiff and then added it to the rest of the ingredients and mixed well. I also left it 5 minutes longer! It was yummy and tasted a lot better than I thought it would.

Best keto bread I’ve made yet! First round came out undercooked, so I added 5 mins, then added another 5 making total cook time 40 mins. I whisked the dry ingredients first, then whisked the eggs and milk before adding to the dry mix. I let that sit for about 10 mins so the chia seeds could hydrate, then mixed in the oil. Yum!
