tasty, used bacon and lightly sauted spinach. we had seconds

i made it like my stuffed chicken recipe but the cheddar still oozed out so I'll have to put toothpicks in it to hopefully hold the cheese. other than that very good low calorie meal. had the cabbage with bacon bits and onion and garlic with it.
