With the baked cheese instead of tortillas, it's like the best parts of enchiladas. almost feel guilty it's so good. I cooked a few in the oven just a little longer for some crispy ends and it was my fav.

Didn’t have green onions but this was a very delicious and easy meal to make. Took about 10 mins total
